• Saturday night classes will either be held at The Local Co-Op or The Dome in Liz’s backyard in Midvale. Liz is a student in our Breathwork Training!

• Sunday morning sessions will be held at Mosaic Yoga (AKA The Local Co-Op)

• Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons will typically be held in Katie’s basement studio in Cottonwood Heights
